We use AI as a tool — not as a stand-in for judgment
MattyG uses AI tools in parts of the business and the website experience. That can include helping power or shape chat and qualification flows, and helping draft useful content. The goal is to move faster and stay clear — not to hide behind a black box.
AI can get things wrong
Like any tool, AI can make mistakes. When something important is on the line, a person reviews it. We don’t treat model output as gospel.
A person handles your leads
When you submit your info through the site, a person — Matthew / MattyG — receives it and follows up. Leads aren’t handed off to an automated legal or hiring decision. You’re talking to a real consultant, not a bot making binding choices about your business.
